More quality fish and how is a 3 man limit enough to make you drive 6 hours round trip?

3 is plenty although I don't like them not changing commercial limits they rarely do.

Trout has been the "meat backbone" of too many fishermen for too long. They face so much pressure in this area.

Last shark attack in Wakulla county was in 1952 and in that one nobody was bitten. A shark was chasing fish and leapt into the boat, thrashed and then flopped out.

Don't have any tips for the area but when you're back in Tallahassee try wade fishing wakulla beach with some live shrimp. Newport ramp before you make the turn to the lighthouse and run north. 100' until you can run vs a decent area of no wake. Don't go too far up the river if the tide is low.
