I've bought some from RMS and have been real happy with them. Put a can of catfood in there and you'll have a couple of pinfish with 2 hours. I've never gotten more than 7 or 8 out of one trap in a day, so I'l usually set multiple traps if I'm going on a big fishing trip.

Has anyone use the Gulp Chum and could you report on its effectiveness? at $20.00 for a 5 pound tub, it seems a little pricey? SInce regular chum is only 6 or 7 per block, it seems this stuff would really need to work to be worth the $$$ Any help would be greatly appreciated.

sounds like you did everything right, but i like to keep a couple of 6-8" catfish on board when ever possibly for the cobia. they are like crack for those fish! I don't even cut the fins off of them!
