Using tomorrow as an example:
St Marks River Entrance:
- low tide is -0.8' at 9:45am
- high tide is 2.8' at 4:06pm
Tidal creeks prob +30mins, later the further back you are. Really depends on the winds and moon phases in winter

Big tournament this coming weekend, so don't expect too many hot tips. But follow the same patterns you would up here

Re: Steinhatchee 11th & 12th (Eggnog Open)
Nice work, guys! George and I fished as well; arriving Thursday and prefishing both Thurs/Friday. We found some quality fish everywhere we looked. Come Saturday we started off hot and then had a few hours of silence; finding our largest red in a creek bend we hadn't explored the day prior. Unfortuna...

Re: First Time Fishing Low Tide in Winter - Learning Occurred
There are several forum members that can, and do access those creeks at low tide that aren’t in airboats Droze and I have passed each other many times. An aluminum boat, stainless prop, and Porter's rock/skeg guard are confidence boosters. On Sunday I saw rocks I've had marked and run WOT over even...

Re: First Time Fishing Low Tide in Winter - Learning Occurred
Welcome to St Marks (and really Northern Fl Gulf Coast) during winter low tides. A good hazing experience for ya. Our tides are not as extreme as east coast with the 6' tidal swings, but between our rocks and muck, few things I'd rather not deal with compete. We got into a creek on Sunday and low ti...

The Zuke is appx 25lbs heavier at ~400lbs. The SHO is a hell of a motor and I'm a Yammy guy (biased) but the only other motor I'd run would be a Zuke. Looks: white 115 Zuke with decal options. Performance/weight: 115 SHO Fuel Efficiency/weight: 90 SHO Reliability: either Price? No idea All that weig...

Re: Dehookers/hook remover
I love my ARC Dehooker for deeper hooks, but for most lip hooked fish a standard "J" dehooker works well. You can't go wrong with the ARC

We were supposed to roll on down to Lake Griffin this weekend for a little family turkey party but that will be put on hold. Looks like we'll be staying put or rolling the boat West instead. As long as she doesn't strengthen and falls apart fast once it hits land, we're golden. I'm fearful that she'...

Remove precious, lightly sand and clean, cut to fit starboard sheet and hole for BT, wire, install, BAM! Otherwise you can try and make a new cover out of starboard and routing/beveled edges to recreate?
