I just don’t understand all the fuss about cleaning sheepshead. Its just a big bluegill with a tough skin. Sure I wouldn’t want to clean 50.

I take trout to MO every year frozen in water. No problem with them up to a year old. I’m just glad I found something besides bluegill and crappie that are plentiful that she will eat.

I was there 2 weeks ago and noticed the same thing. Trash everywhere and the trash cans overflowing.

I think a good trade off would be: No minimum size limit on trout. Or bring it down to 12-13”. No harvesting of trout over 20”.
