Fiddlers this time of year work great. You’ll still need to weed thru a lot of trash. But, you’ll get a bonus every now and then.

Caught some good ones fishing in 3 ft over spotty bottom on Sunday. Solid grass or sand yielded little.

Hickory mounds in the winter is just like everywhere else. Creeks fed by springs, warm water sources, or deeper holes will be productive.
