All it takes to see the problems with more exposure to a certain fishery is to take a few trips to the more popular destinations. Increased presure on the fish, ripped up grass flats from idiot boaters, poll and troll zones, increased scrutiny from environazis. I feel for the guides, hotels etc ...

we had a ramp down here in the northern end of Mosquito Lagoon at Lefil's fish camp. It used to be $5.

Then the lot owners decided to make it private and if you wanted to launch, you had 2 options ...

bass pro is carrying them.

On second thought, cut the learning curve down some and pay the 50-75 bucks and have a good casting instuctor give you some pointers.

I finally joined BBF forum. I have read this forum for a couple of years. I never have joined because I only fish the BB and further north a few times a year.

When I do fish up your way, I go to Horseshoe Beach. My buddy has a place there.
