Red dog, bakertize, and myself all headed to the water again today. Red dog is a long lost FCKA'er that hasn't got out in a while and hasn't posted for even longer but can shure catch a fish or two. So we all head out in out different our directions and look for some fish. Before I even get a cast o...

Hit the salt with Bakertize once again at around noon time waiting for the sun to warm up the shallows. We slip in at a relitively low tide and cast the shoreline in a HEAVY wind. We immedietly see reds, trout, and hundreds of sheephead but were definetly spooky! After about 30 minutes I run acrost ...

Re: New Stratic
I also got one and fishing with it will make your other reel seemingly transform into a huge, heavy, tank of a reel thus not wanting to use your other reels so be warned. It will be the only reel u fish with, and yes its a carbon infused (that is what Ci in Ci4 means) frame that shimano made for the...

I got to thinking yesterday that if I knew where the reds were...why not take one of my friends to the action! So I offered one of my friends (reid) to fish down on the Wakulla river to look for trout and reds. We got to the river around 3:30 and before we even put the yaks in the water, I landed a ...

Re: Hard earned reds
well on occasion they will go all the way up to the lower bridge(US 98) but few go past that tho. Most hang around the verry end of the river tho. caught a few more today :smt007 http://i928.photobucket.com/albums/ad129/benjamincolona/003-1.jpg http://i928.photobucket.com/albums/ad129/benjamincolona...

With a bit of doubt, I went through with it and was greeted with gail force winds when I ar...

Rob and I fished the wakulla river today in our quest to fish all the local rivers and creeks. First Spring Creek ,then the St. Marks ,and now the Wakulla. We drift the banks casting stick shad and I pick up a few bass before I finally gat my 1st trout which went 20" http://i928.photobucket.com...
