I once caught a 300 pound sea turtle, back when it was legal. I turned it over to the Miami Sea Aquarium, for their turtle pen. Georgia has something like that too, aiming at making sure people not only know the rules but have an idea of fish identification. Apparently, there are many fish killed by people who don't know what they are catching??
