Re: 2020 NFGFC schedule
No February tournament? We already cut out July/August, no reason we cannot have a February tournament (Red/Trout) combo
Also, Shell Point ramp? A September tournament will bring a lot of people in... there are also a VERY limited amount of spaces to park at Shell Point ramp, and NO roadside ...

Re: Simrad GO7 XSE $400
Built in GPS. No need for an external GPS antenna. Also has built in WIFI. Comes in handy uploading system updates or using the SImrad Gofree App on your phone while on the boat.SCALAWAG wrote:Does it have built in GPS antennae or is it external

Re: New Garmin/Navionics Upgrades
Curious to see how the imagery compares to Florida Marine Tracks. Garmin has to be taking a hit with a lot of inshore guys making the switch to Simrad/Lowrance in order to run FMT.

The road to St Marks and Shell Point are blocked off by national guard. Rock Landing seems open and functional. Levy bay is also open.

Re: Boat Wiring Project
I really have not had any issue with water in the console. I'm not really getting a ton of salt water spray when I'm fishing. Boat rides very dry. Also, when the boat is not in use, I keep it with a boat cover on, and under a covered carport. I'm sure that helps keep the moisture out.

Boat Wiring Project
Had a project done that I've been meaning to get around to ever since I bought my boat. Over the years, the wiring in the console had turned into quite a mess. I didn't think my 2004 Pathfinder needed a full rewire job. I was was able to work with St. Marks Pro Marine to get everything squared away ...

Re: Jack Plate question
I have a 22’ pathfinder with a pocket hull and a jackplate. I can’t really run with my jack plate higher then a couple of inches without it cavitating. If I installed it to run shallower, I’d be extremely disappointed. I really only use it when idling in really shallow water. I know on some boats ...
