Cobia
Headed out to 50ft out of shell point last week looking for grouper and boated a BIG Cobia. Didnt have a scale but best guess is that this fish weighted between 60 and 70 lbs. It was hard to lift this fish off the ground. Would like to post a pic but not sure how.

Seawall Repair
My father in law has a house in Shell Point and is in need of some seawall repair. He has gotten a few quotes from some companies in Tallahassee, he's looking for a few more quotes to fix / replace the seawall. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Tarpon
Silverking, didn't know i was treading on "your" water, maybe you should enlist the help of your carpet bagging skiff guides to remove whatever's stuck up your A$$. The word on the street is your the go to guide in town, guess i know who not to call.
Re: Tarpon
While I appreciate the sarcasm, I would really like to learn about the fish and the fishery. Ive read that the eat on sand flats or in between the passes around st george (are there any such areas around Carrabelle? As far as how to catch them i would love to cast the fly, and good recommendations ...
Tarpon
Anyone know some spots to catch Tarpon around lanark, or Carrabelle. Im heading down the second week in May and would like to try and catch some poons! Ive also heard that there around alligator point.
