Piny isl.---Dickerson bay. Bald pt. Okloccnee bay(sp)

Fished piney island yestrdsy(Monday) in my yak. Got 4 nice keedsper trt. Lost at least 3. Throwing a twitch bait. Went inshore at high water looking for reds . none fr me

Pretty fish. Were uvstaying at the ramp at spring creek? I would like to try that!

Fished offshore on flats fr m930 till 1. No trt. Got one good keepr flndr. Went inshore to marsh grass and fnd some reds. Some rats some nice ones. No over slot. Jig/zman/shrimp best bait. Did manage a couple on gold twitch bait.

That was some small FSH in stomach .

Got on a few nice Trt on flats.(salt&pepper lookin bottom)as I was bringing in 4th FSH a good sized shark tried to get it. He gave a good try tore the surface up then quit. I learily netted FSH. That was last hit in that area. There was some borderline FSH mixed in.14.9"ers

From my observations. Reds tend to congregate by size classes.the bigger ones will show bk up. If a two fish limit is hurting population. Then we hv a bigger problem. All these reports of "shorts being caught" is a sign of a healthy population.

I hate when those keysgo hiding.we were hunting LST week and my friends locked their car and keys were in ignition.discovered that afyr dark. Had to call insr. Fr help. Hope he got car ok. That ramp pretty busy for weekday!
