We did it exactly like the CDC shows. I told him not to crush it but he did any way. http://www.cdc.gov/ticks/removing_a_tick.html

How to remove a tick the right way!

I recently saw a report that there are more kids brought to ER for cigarette burns trying to get the ticks off than there are for problems with a tick bite. Two of the guys went into the woods to get a better look at an Eagles nest and came out with 17 Wood ticks and a Deer Tick, most not attached b...

I've heard of taking all the pressure off but have lost fish when they can get slack line. Give it a try and tell me how it worked for you. salute1

Re: DIY Crab Snare/Trap for under $1.00

Doesn't fall under the trap part. It is a in hand method such as an umbrella net or the 5 hand line law. If there is someone on here from Florida Fish and Wildlife that could varify would be great.
I put a note on the beginning that everyone should check their regulations in the state they live.

DIY Crab Snare/Trap for under $1.00

Make your own crab snare. I recommend 30# to 50# Mono or Fluoro for Blue Crab and up to 100# for indungenous crab.

Turned my back to put my camera away and nothing but a line in the sand to the ocean and a bent over rod holder. :smt005 Worst part was it was my son in laws outfit so had to go to West...
