Woolley Park Pier 7/14: NADA
Newbie here, so the reason I didn't get even a nibble may not have anything to do with the fish. However, went to the pier on a rising tide (4 p.m., high tide was at 7). Tried a few things in my tackle box: soft plastic crab, bucktail jig by itself, bucktail jig with a clicking float...nada. Folks u...
