It was there.
I have just come back to check and I have the white box and red cross instead.

The same has happened on the FS forum.

Why does that do that?
I must still be doing something wrong.

ANY IDEAS???

OD, Nice report, thanks a lot.

Having half the catch as keepers is quite a result.

When I have fished for trout on the NE ICW in Spring, most of the catch is below the keeping size limit.
Is there a season or time of year when you catch the bigger fish?
Or is it just luck?

Offshore 7, When you say that your line broke "where it wrapped round the swivel". Do you mean at the knot on the swivel? The reason I asked, is that I used to have this problem. When salvaging the large swivels for re-use, I found that I was burring them cutting the old line off. After a ...

Right, I have started to remember to log in, but I can,t always find the symbol to click on, to log out.
If we just leave the site does that automatically log us out?

I have that terrible feeling there is a very simple answer to this question and I am going to end up looking stupid.......again.

I went pike fishing today on the River Medway. I caught four pike 2 jacks between 6 and 8 lbs, 1 at 14-12 oz and the biggest at 19lb-7oz. All fish were caught on seafish deadbaits. I used sardine and herring, "popped up" off the bottom. The tackle I use is 2 x 12ft 3lb test curve carbon ro...

I surf fish for the European Sea Bass, which does not grow as big as the Striper, in the UK and in northern Spain. There have been reports of Stripers around the west coast of France,Spain and Portugal. The sea on that coast is the Atlantic Ocean. Hard to believe they made the crossing. There has bee...
