Monster trout!!! Fished St Joe Bay last Tuesday morning but only could muster up a couple 18s and a couple 16s seems all the rain may have slowed down the trout for a while. Topwater was not working, seemed the fish were short striking an not committing.

Friend of mine fished there 2weeks ago for several days and said the key is to fish light tackle. The bite is off this time of year anyway but the light tackle seemed to help. Will he have a boat or yak?

Headed to St Joe on the 4th for fun and scalloping with the family. Met a Hispanic lady and her children on the side of the road in Quincy,when I told my Son in law we ought to stop and help them, but being in a hurry we went on.(Mistake) :( Then down then road we hear that same sound you heard BOOM...
