Re: AT & T Vs. Verizon
I’ve never had any service around the icky. Always had to go up towards 98 to make a call. Been that way every since I started going. I have Verizon.

Boat Flooring Question -
I’ve put SeaDek down on both my previous Pathfinders and just done it on my current one. Previously it has held up nicely. This go round I’ve had some minor problems. I don’t know if their quality has gone down or I got a bad batch. It seems like every trip out I come back with a new rip or torn spo...

Re: T-Top vs. Bimini
I’ve had both and the t top is by far the best option for fishing. When fishing you will learn how to cast to prevent hitting the t top. Not a big deal at all plus it’s great to get other rods up out of the way in the rocket launchers. Fishing with a bimini is darn near impossible, unless fishing so...

I’ll be as far away from the scallop grounds as I can get. Headed down to SGI to wet a hook.

Re: Tripletail fishing
You won't find the numbers nor the size that you do towards apalach. Few and far between here - best to go west Sent from my Pixel 6 Pro using Tapatalk Yes, but don’t doubt yourself they still can be found in our area. I’ve caught several and never targeted them around here. They are pelagic fish a...

Re: St Joe and Apalachee Bay triple tails
Went looking for them this past weekend with some good luck. We boated four and saw a few more that we couldn’t get to eat. One was just short but the others were good ones. Biggest went 11lbs. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20220602/e3170eb4946d644ec660354ec60cd11b.jpg https://uploads.tapatalk-cd...

Re: SKEG Repair
Personally, I'd keep the Skeg Guard. Instead of a shiny chrome look, a welded repair will make it look more like the original but if and when you hit something again, it will probably break at the weld where a Skeg Guard is designed to break off at the bolts holding it on to the lower unit and if a...

Re: SKEG Repair
By the way, there are a lot of people that say a skeg guard weakens the skeg because of the holes you drill weaken it. Also traps salt and sand where it can’t be washed out. If it were me, I’d repair the skeg and toss the guard. Last I had mine done it was $50 good luck Crap that was supposed to be...
