i have ran are 21 1/2 foot sea pro out of econfina w/ out any problems ... and seen one 20 somthin foot deep V w/ twins get out of the river they just went slow.

i was wanting to try and get some grouper from econfina but are boat is 21 1/2 bay hull w/ 150 merc. so didnt want to get to far out but i was wondering if any one was caughting any a little closer in some holes or something ....

yea ok will do i tryed the grassy point on the right of the river i thought i would have a hit there on yellow grub/red paddle tail but no luck maybe next time ... thanks

screw the recipe i just want to catch a red fish lol i dont know anything is good fried :lol: it would proably be good grilled w/ some nice seasoning there is redfish seasoning at basspro its kinda salty but i use it on a lot of fish and there is some good batter there to light and crispy uncle buck...

this weekend i just used a small hook w/ some old freezer brunt (scaples-spelled wrong i cant spell ) and caught all i needed and i got a glass minnow ... it was like 4 inches long i put it in the live well and even the pinfish were eatin him and i got some pig fish

i tried the little bay type thing on the right side of the mouth w/ a yellow grub and another person on the boat was using a small pin. and no bites ... but this was the out going tide but whats the deal i just want to catch me a red

Have u seen a rod and reel out of the ecofina river to the south ...we lost one sat to a big ole gar thought we had it in the net but was to big and flopped out and w/ the rod and we were in like 7 foot of water and using pinfish on the bottom w/ a jig head and this big ole gar got it ...
