It is an absolute shame that those in charge would consider any regulation restricting the every day fishermen without some cutbacks on the commercial side if the fishery is in that much trouble then cut back on all....but remember these are the same folks that are in charge of counting the BEAR ...

As usual the the commercial side wont be bothered just the poor ole guy that wants to spend the day on the water and take a couple home to eat will be the one that suffers.
