Re: Lanark & Tides

Hey MD, do you always run between the 2 pvc pipes? I've only been through that area once and avoided the pipes cause I assumed they were marking something shallow.

Finally my 9 year old pestered me enough about going out to the flats so we ran out....and low and behold the wa...

Wind speed

Rookie question here. When y'all look at that weather forecast at what wind speed do y'all say, "man that's too windy to fish"! Trying to get a feel for a general wind speed forecast thats prob gonna make it too rough. Since I have 2.5-3 hr drive one way don't wanna do a bunch of driving o...

Re: Frontier vs. Robalo Cayman 206

I hope this works. Trying to finally post a few pics of the new ride. As per dawg fan's question, the top end is 45 with two adults two kids 1/2 tank of gas, ice and fishing gear. So far so good, loving it. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170119/85765df0586c12c091ca09efb0e5182b.jpg https://uploads...

Garmin maps

Anybody running any of the garmin echo units; and if so which map seems to be be best for navigating around the big bend shallow water areas? I'm torn between the 3 different bluechart g2 options. Trying to decide what to load onto my echo73dv.

Re: Lanark

Thanks for the bait store info. Rockyg, are you talking about the little cut/pass that is to the west of the Lanark ramp? Almost at the western most aspect of the Lanark reef.
