Thanks Welby. I wouldn't sell it if we weren't planning on moving.

Re: St marks 4-8-17
We ended up with 3 keeper trout. One 19 inch. One decent flounder. Pushed out to 10 feet deep where the water was around 69-70 degrees. Drifted in to around 8 and the bite would slow up. Lots of short bass and trout. A remora puts up a nice little run.

St marks 4/8 tad bit brutal
Left sheilds at 745. Only 40 degrees. Super low tide.
Tucked in and went straight to east flats around the rock garden. Water around 65 at 4 ft. Couldn't get anything to bite so headed south to about 10 ft and the water warmed to 69. Started grabbing short trout and sea bass. Wind started kicking ...

Re: St marks 4/4 I think I learned
Heck, I'm just guessing. I'm learning from everyone else. Light reading and it seems that rising and falling barometers lead to biting action but steady low tend for fish to become picky or not interested. Please correct me if I'm wrong. Most people on here have forgotten more than I know that's for ...

St marks 4/4 I think I learned
Put in right at 8 and rode into a spot of rain. No one else about so tried a couple different gulps at the light house. Caught a few shorts in just a few minutes believing today would be on fire like sunday. Nope. Caught a few more shorts all over the flats from the lighthouse out past the rock ...

Harassment
What do you do about harassing pelicans? We had one sit right out of reach for the whole east flat run. He ate a shirt as soon as I got it in the water and it was a race to get any decent fish in the boat. Any pointers?

St. Marks.
Hit the east flats around 1030 on the incoming tide. Caught a couple bonnet heads. Then trout for about 2 hours. Ended up with 6 19ish keepers and plenty of fun shorts for the kids. Had the keep a pelican at bay for the duration. It was a race to the boat once they were hooked.
BTW, first bonnet ...
