Re: Who's going
We went out of Keaton Sunday. Went down a few miles south of Grassy. They were there, but very scattered. Video coming soon.

Re: Keaton 6/4
I am not sure what kind of shark it was, but the last time we were at KB there was a 7-8 foot shark right next to the first channel marker coming out of the canal. Was the first time I had ever seen a shark of that size in KB. Made me very excited to go scalloping in a couple of weeks.

Re: Catching Trout At Keaton 5/20 Video
Thank you for watching. I am glad you liked it. I have been fishing KB since I was pretty young. I know the no wake zone well. I know I had music playing so you couldn't hear what was being said. I had my carbs cleaned before this trip and my motor kept cutting out while idling which seems to happen...

Re: Catching Trout At Keaton 5/20 Video
No problem. We can certainly do better. I normally do not keep anything under 15.5" for that reason. We let several go that were just over the line including the one that unfortunately had swallowed the hook. In hind sight we should have cut the line off at the hook and he might have lived.

Catching Trout At Keaton 5/20 Video
Went back to Keaton last weekend. The wind was better, but still blowing pretty good. It seems to be windier this year. Below is a link to a video of our day. I hope you enjoy. The next video will probably be scalloping!!!

Re: Weekend trip to Keaton
Very nice! We had a good weekend at Keaton, but not that good. I have not been able to get on any reds out of Keaton this year. I'll have a video of our trip up later this week.
Is that Camp Four near Naylor? I think somebody I used to work with hinted at a Camp Four out that way.

Thank you so much ! For now I am using iMovie. It's really simple to use if you have a Mac. You can get Windows Movie Maker if you have a PC. I am going start using Adobe Premier in the future.

Those are the best pliers I have ever owned. They are from Bass Pro Shops. They are actually made from aluminum. They are super light and have a really good cutter. I am going to make another video this week of all the stuff I use, and then maybe one of the boat.

Rough Day At Keaton 5/7
We knew it was going to be windy, but we went anyway. It was a tough day to fish with the cooler water that was dirty from the rain and the wind just would not let up. We ended up with a few keeper trout, a nice rock bass, and a 15" flounder. Not a bad day, but we had to work for them for sure....
