Re: CCA Star Tourney: Finally passed 100 catches for the sum

There is a huge amount of trash out there after hurricane Michael. Especially around the Shell Point area that had a lot of tidal surge.

Re: CCA Star Tourney: Finally passed 100 catches for the sum

Haven't reached the 100 catches mark yet. I have 104 entries, but 44 of them are the trash division.

Re: CCA STAR Tournament

I had to contact them because there were some fish that weren't showing up in the conservation category. I was told that they were working with the ap developers to correct it.

Re: First time in my kayak

I have the Ascend 10t and 12t. The seats are very comfortable. On the 12t I raised the seat and it is much more comfortable and easier to stand. Also allows for more under seat storage. Also take into consideration that what works for me might not for someone else. I'm 5'11'' 165 and fished all day ...

Re: Jaws Moment

The wife and I were kayak fishing shell point at low tide last summer and had a shark that kept circling her. She said it kinda freaked her out at first and then she realized that the water was only about a foot deep there so the shark couldn't be very big.
