Re: Home Air Conditioning Question

Just my opinion but you don't need a gas furnace in Albany Ga and you don't need no ducted return air system for every room either but sizing and placement of the supply grills is very important. Depending on the layout of the house you might even want to add one more return duct. again my opinion i...

Re: Pliers.

I go through pliers quickly. Bought these Browning pliers a couple of years ago on a whim. I quit buying expensive ones years ago and thought these were a little pricy. Added them to my beach fishing bag. After a year without any special care they were still good so I bought a pair for the boat. The...

Re: How to on Pompano....

Nice informative post. I've tried fishing for 'em over the past few weeks, but haven't had any luck. I've been using a Pompano jig, which is basically a bullet weight with a rooster tail attached to it and sand fleas. Everytime I get out there, the wind a surf is kicking, so I'm assuming that is my...

Re: Favorite pompano rig?

I have used the 3 hook pompano rigs with the colored foam floats with good success. Three hooks put more bait in the water and stay baited a little longer. but even if I have a bait rig out I always have a smaller rod with the standby pompano jig either tipped or untipped that I am steady fishing wi...

Re: Boat wax

check out rejex http://www.rejex.com/rejex.html I have been using it for years. apply it once a year. makes cleaning the outside of the boat a snap. my boat has no waterline stain and I have never had to use snow bowl or any other hull cleaner. Keep it at shell island fish camp and we used it about ...

Re: night time shrimp boat

I used to do it all the time when I lived in Titusville.

All you need is a couple of long handled small mesh dipnets and one or two of those underwater crappie lights they sell at walmart.

Now I have no idea where you would dip shrimp around here.

Re: A question for my brother-in-law...Kayak Scallops?

yeah notice most of the scallopers at saint marks group up all together. thinking I don't have to outrun the bear only you. the schooling theory Surely they know that there are more scallops out of that pack Occasionally I wind up fishing offshore by myself. Re: A question for my brother-in-law...Kayak Scallops?

If sharks really attacked people often at all don't you think with all the people in the water between St Marks and Keaton Beach don't you think we would have heard of one over the years. I think the risk are much greater just driving down to the coast to go scalloping. of course the danger kind of ...
