Actually, the colors only come in shrimp at the current time. Other flavors (clam and crab) are in flesh only. (According to Dr. Carr there are colors in the works for these other flavors, but not yet ) You have to understand this is almost a family operation and things take time.

From the two knots you mentioned, I would go with the Uni.
