So far we have white, yellow and red roe.

I'm not sure I know exactly what those are.

A fishin' buddy of mine is looking for chrome jig heads. Any place in the Tallahassee area sell 'em? Didn't see any at W. Tenn Walmart or West Marine.

Roe

1. Roe : Fish Eggs. a mass of mature fish eggs, especially when still inside the ovarian sac, sometimes eaten cooked. 2. Roe : fish sperm. a mass of mature fish sperm, especially when it is still inside the testicular sac. Seems like a couple of the fat, hog trout I boated this past Saturday... hmm....

St. Marks Sat, 5/1

Headed out from the lighthouse around 9 Sat. morning. Overcast, winds about 7 knots. Most boats were west of the channel which was a little unusual. Fished south and east of the light. Eight keeper trout, assorted ladyfish and catfish. Most caught with red or white DOA shrimp. Didn't see a mackerel ...
