Re: Storing rods while trailering?

I use both horizontal and vertical storage. I tend to take too may rods :-)

Rods in the vertical holders are the ones I expect to use.

Rods in the horizontal holders are the ones I might use.

By the old Moulmein Pagoda, lookin' eastward to the sea, There's a Burma girl a-settin', and I know she thinks o' me; For the wind is in the palm-trees, and the temple-bells they say: "Come you back, you British soldier; come you back to Mandalay!" Come you back to Mandalay, Where the old...

Dusting off 20 year old memories... it was less than a full day. Three guys in kayaks, and we didn't run into any log jams that caused significant time. Beautiful late fall trip.

Three of us did an up and down probably 20 years ago. Put in at Nutall Rise, had a friend with a place there, launched from his back yard.

Re: TM help

How do you like that lithium so far? How long have you had it, and source locally? I'm running a Deka batteries across the board, and while they have plenty of life left - I wouldn't mind eventually testing out the lithium products for, as you put it, the space savings. Re: TM help

I too use the Ram mount for the trolling motor head. I also went with a single 36volt lithium battery for the space savings. Charger takes care of both 36v and 12v house and starter batteries, all off Verado 250. Haven't had any problems, and haven't run out of TM juice. I hate to use the term "...

Re: TM help

Steve - I don't believe so, I haven't ever seen that mentioned. The were very nice to work with, I thought I was on the edge between 24 to 36 volt, and 72" to 84". They patiently answered all of my questions. There is a very long thread on Rhodan on TheHullTruth you should read if your con...

Re: TM help

I have a 36 volt 84" Rhodan on a 23 Seacraft. I plan on never anchoring again if I can help it. It has been a trip changer for me. The ability to "walk" around a spot without having to pull an anchor is marvelous.

I have had an Icey Tek for ten years or so. It's not finished as nice as a Yeti but it has done everything I have asked of it; fish, deer, geese and beer :D
