good idea, about the tape. I just wet out a spot here and there to hold pieces in place but sometimes once you got to a previously "tacked in" spot you would get a kink in the cloth from stretching it out. Wish I'd of thought of the tape. Just tape it in and work your way down. Lookin good...

oh yea could be baby flippers, they do look a little shiny whereas sharks are dull and sandpapery, course everythings shiny in the water, I guess were talkin bout the two things in each bottom corner of the top pic

Thanks Chalk, then I'll assume the prop I have is the right pitch and drop it 2 and get a 4 blade to see what that does.
