Most any grassy point/cut with high moving water is likely to have a red or two around. Top water, grub or spinnerbait will work. Good luck.

We had similar luck on Friday and Sat. Easy trout limit on friday, lots of rocks on Sat. Fished mainly between the racks in the 3-5 foot area. Best luck on trout with live pins, bass would take most anything !

Good Post. We're planning on fishing the Econfina the 25-28th, hoping the early morning high tide will put some reds up shallow. I'm surprised the fish haven't started to come in shallow yet. Maybe by next weekend.
