Re: St. Marks Cobia 7/13/13

Jhults11 - Just catching up on all the reports from the last couple weeks. I think my buddy and I talked to you at Shell Island Fish Camp while you were cleaning that cobia. We were cleaning our trout and your cobia had a shark in it's stomach.

Re: Ethanoled

For the Albany folks - you can get 100% gasoline with no ethanol from the little gas station in Putney beside the post office on Radium Springs Road. The owner said he is paying a little more to keep from getting ethanol. I told him that if he would keep it that way I would stop and fill my boat and ...

Re: Zig'n & Zag'n

Chalk, I have noticed the orange grip in your recent photos. I think I saw this for sale in Cabelas. Do you like it? It sure beats the price of a boga grip.

Bay Stealth

Does anyone have any opinions (positive or negative) on Bay Stealth boats? A buddy of mine is looking at a 2003 20' Bay Stealth with a 140HP Johnson 4-stroke.

Where to fish in Panama City

My dad and I have yet to find any redfish or keeper size trout after 2 mornings in Panama City. Tomorrow (Saturday) is dad's last day at the beach with us and I would really like to find some fish. Can anyone give me some advice on general areas to try? We fished the backside of Shell Island ...

Marina in Panama City

I am taking the boat on our family vacation to the beach. I would like to find a marina to keep the boat during the week. We will be renting a house near St. Andrews State Park. I know there are several marinas close by. Can anyone recommend one? Does anyone have any idea how much they charge?

Saturday 4/17 Econfina

Fished Econfina Saturday with my wife, a buddy and his wife. Launched the boat around 8:30 and was thankful to find plenty of water still in the river. We headed east and quickly found some trout on our first drift. Another boat pulled in right behind us on our drift. They proceeded to drift around ...

So, georgiasportsman, we'll all waiting to hear what happened; licenses for the ladies, or not? :pop_1

Yes, we got he ladies a license and it's a good thing. All four of us had a keeper red ranging from just under 20" to 26". Also caught 3 keeper trout and lots of shorts. Great day on the water!

Do they need a license?

I am going to Econfina Saturday and taking a friend and our wives. The wives will not be fishing. They are just going to ride in the boat, talk, read books, and get some sun. If they do not pick up a rod and we stick to a 2-man limit will we have any problems with the wives not having a fishing ...
