I have not been to Indian Pass in several years, but we use to catch flounder west of the ramp by slowly moving down the beach and casting every few yards. If no bite just move down a little farther.

I yak some (usually alone) when I have the time off the Taylor County coast. Mostly the areas around Keaton Beach and Dekle Beach. Great for sneeking up on those reds and trout that hide at the grass line. :smt004 Hey Littoral, what do you teach? I could be one of your students!! But probably not.

I have a sit-in WS kayak I use against reds and trout quite often when I have time. For awhile I fished almost exclusively topwater from it (Top Dogs, etc. with trebles).
