Saltwater Crickets

They are talking about fiddler crabs. The sheephead (up to 12 lbs) are running on the offshore reefs off the cost of GA right now. They prefer fiddler crabs over anything else.

Sorry about the disappointment. I was real supriosed two years ago when I started catching Sheepshead left and right at ...

Anyone know where to just get replacement rubber flaps.

Shell Point Ramp

I was there last week, the honor box was up.

I went to the NWR and the ramp at the Lighthouse looked to be in decent shape, getting out into the Bay looked a little challenging, anyone have any experience with this area?

With a Jig, I just have not used these for trout, been using livebait under a CT or popping cork and having pretty good success.

However reading on most of the fishing boards the Jigs seem to be producing pretty well. Need to expand my horizons.

Electric Chicken Rigging

OK, I am trying to figure out the best way to rig an electric chicken and what size hook to use. I usually don't throw artificials but next week I want to try my luck at it. A picture would be good.

Thanks

Cap'n Charlie - I too am making a first trip to the Oyster Bay area, bringing a 19ft Sea Pro CC Bay Boat. Looking at the charts for the area there is not a whole lot of water in there. Is the channel out to the bay well marked?

We are planning on the first week in April, it's my son's senior year ...
