I agree with Tom, looks a lot like a Donzi minus the strake thingies on the bottom. Don't care for the sport bow, but it looks like the console is mounted far enough forward to give enough room in back to fish. Don't really care for hulls with pockets for the trim tabs either. Why, I don't know. I g...

I tried it once in 8# and didn't much care for it. It was softer than most mono I have tried but wasn't as abbrasion resistant. I'll just stick to Big Game Supreme for the light stuff(20# or less), Ande for the heavy stuff, and Power Pro or Tuff Line anywhere inbetween I feel like using braid.

Minn Kota is definately the best way to go. If you don't feel like paying the extra $$ for one of the Riptide models you can buy the zinc anode at any large marine store. I have always heard that the anode is one of the few differences between the regular and saltwater models but am not sure. We hav...

My dad likes his, but he hasn't gotten to use it much. I'm stuck now myself on the Quantum Kinetic. I've bought two recently off Ebay for about the same price as one of the Red Dot reels. I have a total of three now. The oldest is a Kinetic PTi20 that I've had for 2.5 years now. It still performs fl...
I've been to the one in Destin quite a few times. It is only about 40 minutes from home for me. I've always heard it's a fairly small store compared to some of the others, but have never been to any of the others myself. While your in Destin take a ride a little farther down 98 and stop by Half Hitc...

Fishing Next Week
If anyone needs an extra person for a fishing trip this next week around Tallahassee I'm definately looking. I have my own tackle, plus extra if needed, and don't mind paying my share of gas and bait. Cleaning the boat isn't a problem either. Inshore or offshore, either one will work. Weather defina...
