Blacktip is great...I usually only keep ones under 3 feet long.

Cut off all the red meat. soak in Italian salad dressing for an hour. Or use olive oil and your favorite seasoning.
Grill over charcoal until firm. Excellent.

Or cube it up and fry it.

I've had a lot of black tips take topwater- they can also be jumpers.
They are fun to catch and smaller ones eat great

My old one finally crapped out...

I have an electric I use for just the family.
But I want an LP gas one for when we have bigger groups over.
Any suggestons? Ones to stay away from?

I know some of you guys use the software for photos. I have tried to get the reminder removed if you don't have the software installed.
