just wanted to clarify what I consider "off shore"......I'm talking about running from Keaton out the the steinhatchie reef to do some sheephead fishing.....my friend has a 23' Ranger "off shore" boat....and I have yet to go out on it.......because I dont do "out".........

I already put my 20' bass boat(91 stratos 201DC pro)in the creeks around Keaton and Spring Warrior.....usually the water is to skinny at the low tide so I have to wait on the incoming and high tides to get back into some of the larger creeks,,, and I would do the same with my bay boat.......I know i...

Had a great trip to Keaton Beach!!!!!!...fished Yates Creek and Spring Warrior all 4 days....Limited out on trout Wed/Thur/Fri and ended up with 6 early this morning(left to come back to Atlanta about 11:30..limited out on our reds Thursday, had one 26 1/2 and one 22...caught all our reds in otter c...

I agree...any day is a great day to be on the flats....

what is yall opinions on the fishing turning around for the trout and reds starting about mid week????
