sorry about the delay, just wanted to let everyone know that I tried all of the methods and ended up skunked last weekend :( ITs allright, I think it was because of the bad weather; everyone I talked to hadn't caught anything either.

crocker thanks for the spots, I'll try them out this weekend. Luckily for spots like these, my boat is just a little 12' v haul that doesn't draft much water.

Hi, I'm somewhat new to fishing here in the tallahassee area. I'm a student at FSU, and just started fishing the aucilla river about half a year ago.

I've tried most of the southern part of the river from the boat ramp to the mouth, and have yet to catch a keeper red. I'm not asking for anyones ...
