Reds like cut Ladyfish too. Or so I hear. All I can tell you is that when a ladyfish is hooked early in our trip, that net is out as fast as if it is a keeper trout.

Good point. We had what we called a "fact finding" trip the other day. We managed a few fish, nothing stellar, but learned how to get around a new place and we found some new spots to try when the conditions are right. Marked a few on the GPS too.
