Re: Z-man scented shrimp VS Gulp
Zman is my go to baits, especially when dealing with pins. Zman sells specific jig heads for their baits for pretty cheap and they don't have a problem holding the baits on.

He'll still argue about it regardless of his lack of hydrologic knowledge

Re: Steinhatchee Christmas Day
I fished steinhatchee yesterday and the fish were in the river, I didn't think it was cold enough to get them off the flats but we saw nothing but turtles on the flats. Did see a few small reds in the mouth of the river in a foot of water.

Re: Poll: Has flats fishing gotten worse over the years?
Tannin stained water is not very conductive to photosynthesis plus flood waters usually leads to increased epibionts. Frankly, I fished freshwater until 14 and I think the seagrass is doing great now compared to 14, it also seems healthier as I didn't see as many epibionts on it this year while scal...

St marks 10/20&21
Snuck away to fish for a day or two, caught a ton of short trout only 3 keepers in 3-5ft, but we caught a dozen reds including a 22 and a 25 to keep which were my first time catch a red. It was a great little getaway. Funny thing was we couldn't catch a pinfish at all for bait. Today was waste just ...

It was scheduled for that day, the storm had nothing to do with it. Supposedly a lawyer from new York with an office in Tallahassee is going to put high rise condos there according to Facebook.

Re: Centerfire rifle with no recoil
http://www.chuckhawks.com/recoil_table.htm that table list s recoil values for major calibers, a 62gr 223 has 33‰ less recoil than a 95gr 243. An ar15 will have even less due to the gas operation, even an over gassed ar 15 should have less.

Re: Centerfire rifle with no recoil
Ar15 would be your cheapest bet and have a little less recoil than a mini14.
Re: Beer
Funny thing is supposedly the Coors ceo prefers the taste of coors made with water from the Flint River in Georgia.
