Re: Questions about cast netting mullet in the fall
No gas on the fire. Everyone is entitled to an opinion. I do disagree, but the crowds on both rivers are a bit out of control. Really couldn't see a reasonable law to ban one sort of boaters, and give it to another. As far as the trash, it is just as much the paddlers as the boaters. Most of us loca...

Re: Questions about cast netting mullet in the fall
So, oversized outboards created the silt? And this is a general opinion of people? I would find new people to share ideas with. Without boat traffic, the grass would choke up the river. Being from here, you ought to know this. Most of the murkiness is caused by a brown algae that didn't always grow ...

You do realize that almost every one here is a boater right? Probably not the best forum to try and villainize a bunch of boaters...

Guess we can attribute that to the longer than average cooler temps. Hopefully they will stick around for a few more weeks so I can capture one. That...

Re: Trim Tabs: Self-Leveling vs Electric
I'm not sure trim tabs would have an effect at an idle speed, but I feel like they improve a boat overall, so it won't be money wasted. If i had a guess, it would be passengers moving about shifting the weight from side to side. Edit. To answer your original question, i think the self leveling tabs ...

Re: Trim Tabs: Self-Leveling vs Electric
Curious, does it act the same during wot? Or only during low speeds?

Re: Starboard
Sounds like the dimensions of one of those subway sandwich cutting boards. Saw one leaning against the wall in Rockys deli the other day.
Re: Starboard
Might give ams/ rms in medart a call. Also think mikes marine has it. Western marina is a nice shiny store, but some of their items can be a bit high.
