Talked to a few who found big concentrations of them though. As one fella put it, when we found em they were everywhere.

Re: Who’s scalloping/fishing over the 4th of July weekend?
We got an early (ish) start on Saturday at 9:30 and hunted the elusive bay scallop until around 2. We found them very sparse close to the lighthouse and moved more east toward the old Grey Mare. As we moved east there were none to be found. Did anyone else have similar outcome?

I plan on being in the Grey Mare area Saturday around lunch. I'm going to drift around some to scout areas away from the crowd.

I'm glad the St Marks zone isn't opening early this year. Those little guys need more time to grow! I might go scouting this weekend.

How can you tell if they have worms without cleaning them?Just a Guest wrote: ↑May 30th, 2022, 8:38 pm Just an FYI, all the trout we caught Sunday had worms. We didn’t bother to keep a single fish today. Have others noticed the same thing?

Re: Boat Storage Tips - Tallahassee?
Welcome to Tallahassee (soon)! Seeing how you mentioned bass boat, I guess you wouldn't want to store it close to the saltwater. I know a co-worker recently checked on a spot to store his boat and they wanted $130/month for a spot in a parking lot with no fence around it. I had a unit at Storage Zon...

The public ramp in Panacea will also put you in close proximity of Dickinson and Levy Bays, Shell point is a good option, but I don't know much about the area. The public ramp in Panacea you mention must be Rock Landing? I've always wanted to launch from B...
