My 15hp has one in it- it has protected the prop and i dont notice any major performance issues. If it is designed correctly it could act like a dolphn. You tend to get more house for the $- renting or buying.
lots of new construction
Do you have kids? People really like the schools there.

Commute is tight but not terrible- they have been widening the road to town.
There is also a new Walmart under construction.

Have you tried super glue?I super Glue mine to the hook at the head of the jerk bait. It seems to make it last longer.
You can also "repair" a Plastic bait with super glue.
