I do what you do. Expecting every cast to catch a fish. I do change methods. Instead of slinging a cork, I'll bounce off the bottom or throw a plug, try cut bait or a pin fish. Often times I hunt, ride to every spot I've ever caught a fish and burn lots of gas. Try to do like my Daddy said, "Ma...

Interesting….we used red light on the submarine. On extended trips that was the only way I knew if it was daylight or night time.

My late wife Barbara and I did it one full moon back in 2007. Did not get much fishing done! :smt007 We put in at Econfina around 2 am and left about daylight. It was a beautiful night.... We have the Garmin 740S because of limited space for two units on the console. I seldom use the sonar because we fish shallow water but enjoy the unit. It is easy to use.
