Because you forgot you had already posted it and were slow about reposting. It is rough getting slow AND forgetful.

Re: ADVICE NEEDED!!! Cape Coral, FL Fishing

It has been years since I have fished the area, but we always had success around Pine Island, Matlacha(pronounced MAT-LA-SHAY), and Bokeelia. I hope that gives you a place to start. Good Snook and Red fishing.

Re: 1995 120 Johnson

Absolutely sounds like a fuel prob. Double check the filters and clean or replace if needed. Keep in mind it does not take but a very small piece of trash to gum up the works. Check the line. Make sure you have a straight path from tank to engine. Check the tank. If there is junk in it that can caus...

Re: Fishing St Marks

I can tell you they were not around the oysters in east river or big pass island or in front of the lighthouse or in big creek. Fished hard from 9am to 3pm with flukes and live shrimp under a cork and on the bottom. No bites of any kind!

Since you are new. You get "ONE MONTH FREE" on any of my holes.
This is good for January 2010 only and is not transferable.
Otherwise, Welcome to BBF.net.
Hey JT, How do I get in on the free month of fishin your holes?

Cool Water fish???

Ok folks. I have been reading and reading as well as fishing lots the past month. I am no closer to finding fish today as I was a month ago. It seems as the water temp went below 65 the Trout and Reds went somewhere. I have tried all my usual flats. I have tried the creeks east and west of Palmetto ...

Re: Aqua Dream Living/Capt. Mike Hakala

Welcome Capt. Mike. I have become a fast fan of the Aqua Dream spoons, especially the 1/2 red-1/2 gold 3/8oz one. The reds don't seem to be able to pass that one up.

Re: Fishing NW wind

I wouldn't bet on there being lots of water at 0600. With high tide at 0230 and low tide at 0910, most of the water will have gone out in the first 4 hours. If you have a shallow draft boat or Yak you will probably be ok. I am really wanting to get out. Thinking of putting in at the fort and heading...

Re: Top Water for Reds and Trout

I am planning a trip tomorrow also. I will be going into the creeks east of the lighthouse. If the sky is not too bright then I will be trying top water plugs. If it is then I will be going to jigs, mirro lures, or fluke style baits, depending on what they want.
Good luck to us both.

Re: STOLEN Andros Backwater! Please be on the lookout!

You might want to alert the authorities across our northern border. From what I understand you don't need a title to register a boat in Georgia? With a valid registration from another state it is an easy thing to apply for a title in Florida or any other state that it may be taken to. I hope your bo...
