How was the floating grass?

I started to fish in close but we were in my buddies brand new xpress. He was already nervous about putting it in the Econfina. Someone told him there was a rocks in the Econfina. I told there was just one rock but in went from the landing to the coast.

How did you fish those set ups with all that grass?
What was your depth?

I headed that way about noon to find clearer water but it didn’t make that much of a difference.
Red belly how many fish did you end up with?

On the water at 7:30 not to crowded at the ramp. Wind out of the east all day. Lots and I mean lots of floating grass. Made fishing difficult. Had a few that came unbuttoned I think because all of the grass. Ended up at 1:30 with 4 trout some bsb and a couple of sail cats. Ready for fall fishing. On...

It want be long until fall fishing is here.

Just the power pin went bad on mine. I got one of my students that’s a good tech to go into depth finder pull the power wire drill a small hole and splice it into cord outside the unit. He sealed everything back up with silicone and it worked so far.

What will you take for two with tires?
If they will fit my hubs.
