Hope everything turns out well for you....Ended up with a mirrolure TT 51 in my achilles tendon once, and a sabiki in a friends ear another time...both times were scary and ended a fun day too soon...But I'm glad you're gonna be ok and hope you come in 1st at the tournament!

Devil's Elbow fish camp rents boats on the ICW the I believe...Sea Love is a pretty good boat..I have been on it a few times...About an hour North you have A few big party boats in Jacksonville..Miss Mayport and the King Neptune..In the ICW the Bridges at 210 and sr 216 hold fish...even Snook in the...

Marker 24 barge...
I went looking for Marker 24 barge today with the numbers from a top spot map...No luck unfortunately...Could it have moved in a storm? I found some nice natural bottom, but wanted to see the barge...Does anyone have the true numbers? I think published ones may be wrong..Thank you. Russell

Your rod is balanced exactly where it should be Any good quality off the shelf combo will be balanecd at the same point.... if it was weighted further back towards the reel, the rod length weight would create more torque on your elbow and wrist. Remember this also...that balance point is the fulcrum...

I always tie line to line...Fish can see swivels and things like mackerel will attack them..Uni to Uni or a surgeons knot for me, usually with 20 lb. Flouro..I will use a swivel ON the spoon if I am using a spoon. If you're going to use braid, I would suggest a good reel to avoid wind knots...Stradi...
