Re: Skeg replacement

You shouldn't look anywhere else. Porter's in Woodville is the answer.

Re: SPANISH MACKS

I believe that any gulf reef fish cannot be used as bait. However other regulated species can but must be kept in whole, within regulated slot sizes, and count against your daily bag/boat limit. I think this varies per species. For example, I've heard of people using trout stomachs as bait, but keep...

Re: Where to eat in Steinhatchee?

McDavids is awesome for breakfast. They have good donuts. Price is reasonable. McDavid's, that's the place by the bridge, right? If so... We call that place #BridgeBiscuits because man, those homemade biscuits are MASSIVE and so delicious. Good, cheap, homemade diner-style breakfast eats. Absolutel...

Re: Where to eat in Steinhatchee?

I too have not been impressed with Roy’s but it sure stays packed. Fiddlers used to be good food but imho has gone down hill in past couple years. Kathys is good but no adult beverages if that’s a problem or not. I usually stay at Good Times and eat at Who Dat. Hasn’t disappointed yet. If you get t...

Re: Where to eat in Steinhatchee?

Kathy's Crab Shack. That's been our go-to place.

WhoDat at Good Times is always a good bite, but dependent on how late you go they may try and close up early.

Fiddlers is decent, pricey for what you get.

Have not been to Roy's yet.

Re: East River

Totally doable, kayakers do it all the time - you just have to pick your spot for the least amount of grade. It may be 20' to the water, but not terribly steep I think

Re: February 6, 2021 Tournament - St Marks

Chris someone must of left those scissors under the scale for using during a tournament possibly to cut the tail of fish weighed to prevent anyone from weighing the same fish twice. Thats what I figured. Still funny when we realized it! And as Showboat said, this is a really fun club to fish and tr...
