Not sure if this would have anything to do with your problem, but there was a gps rollover on 4/6/19 and it affected a lot of older units, one of my simrads (nss8) had to be updated before it would load. They(RDS) built me a custom 70 gal tank, did everything over the phone then they e-mailed me the specifications for me to look at and sign off on and in two weeks I went and picked it up Give them a call

if you have a soldering gun you can hold the tip on the screw head and heat it up without messing up the gelcoat

PVC works fine, my only suggestion is to use schedule 40 and not the thin wall and to secure it in place. I have three compressors that have been hooked up with it for over 15 years.

Taylor county had to work with what they had and could afford at the time, it is better than nothing. coastal property ain't cheap
