I have seen times when sailcats were the catch of the day. And they do eat good if you can get past the slime. I fillet them out then promptly wash the meat. 8)

F,s & G,s I fish out of Carrabelle and go out 5 to 15 miles to alot of good reefs. The only limit you would have should be fuel on a ideal day. Watch the horizon for storms and if one is not moving then its coming at you.Get out of there !! . When you go out have a plan to hit several spots , so...

If you ever replace your water pump yourself. Lube the new impellar with dish soap. This will protect it until water gets up to pump housing. It only takes second to damage a new, dry impellar.

Well I guess I was trying to kill two birds at one time. I,m useing a hand held GPS now, I am looking at garmin 168 witch is a combo.Space is not an issue. Price is an issue. I want to get the best system I can for under 600.00. What do you use color or grey?.
