Re: Tariffs Threaten Boating Industry
I'm not sure how to react to the tariff situation. Americans are going to have to decide if they want low low prices or pay more & bring back American manufacturing & jobs. You can't have both. Whether we want a world economy where our standard of living has to drop down to the rest of the l...

Re: Catching trout gotten harder?
I think it has more to do with the offshore guys fed up with being able to only keep small number of fish. It costs too much for such a little return. They are selling the big boats & coming inshore. Much more inshore pressure than there used to be.

Re: Trolling batteries
I'm using the Duracell AGMs from SAM's Club. They are made by EastPenn which also makes Deka.
Had them for a couple of years without any problems. And I use my 24V trolling motor quite a bit.

I like mine better. Taking the wheel off allows you to sit in your LazyBoy & watch your favorite fishing show while you do it.

St. Marks 3/24/18
Me and my fishing partner launched @ the lighthouse ramp a little after the high tide to a stiff wind & high gusts. Figured after the cold nights last week that the fish would be up in the creeks anyway. Made our way east to a creek I new we could get into and soon found the big trout in the dee...

Great moments & the memories they create are rarely found watching television but rather through experiencing life and its simple pleasures. Glad to see that you know how to enjoy the moments with family & friends.
