Why not do it yourself its not that hard and you can save a ton of money.

Wonder why its always the rec. fishermen having to suffer seems to me the commercial catch dosent get restricted maby if they closed those guys for 3 moths out of the year the bounce back would come a lot faster...just sayin...

Maby they are going to get the Feds out of it and let the States handle it.
