I'm gonna put my comment on the MyFWC site. I like a Jan Feb closure. Leave all else the same,

We found no reds over the Ecofina way. It seems the trout were schooled up in patches. Wound up with a nice box of trout. Got there around noon left at 6.
We did catch trout up the creek mouths.
